237 Elizabeth
If you're ever in need of a place to stay in NYC, be sure to look up my friend, Thomas Cat, at 237 1/2 Elizabeth Street:
His name is on the door...
Oops, No Vacancy!
Well, as you wait for that room to be cleaned, check out the window to the right in which you'll find a miniature replica of the entire building, complete with security guard:

Grand Dame of Grand Street
This is one of my favorite city cats...
Hard at work, guarding the fish!
And, reaping the rewards of a hard day's work.

Bionic cat
We are just a few steps closer to taking over the world!
Oscar the Cat was enjoying a warm summer snooze in a field when a combine chopped off his legs. !!!!!
The BBC reports that Oscar underwent special 'bionic' surgery to attach prosthetic feet.
Get well soon, Oscar!

My new favorite blog
Who knew NYC had so many awesome birds of prey? Origin of the Species documents them, as well as many other birds, in an up-close and personal way. Many of us only catch glimpses of these beauties from the ground, so the photos on this site are quite stunning. Oh, how I'd love to snuggle up with these guys!
